The Birth of Feelife
Feelife was founded in 2020 during a founding event. Seven executives gathered for three days to undergo transformative experiences.
Twelve years earlier, in the midst of the financial crisis, Valérie Kligerman, founder of Feeelife and then sales director, had come close to burnout due to mental overwork. She had promised herself: “If I pull through this, I’ll start a company to help leaders manage their energy and stay clear-headed and mindful.” That promise, like a seed, took root.
She then embarked on a long journey to rediscover meaning and energy: permaculture at the Bec Helloin farm, training in traditional breathing and mindfulness practices in Pondicherry, and then certification in neurocognitive sciences in Paris. These experiences revolutionized her leadership style, her energy, her performance, and that of her team, while also stimulating creativity. Thus was born the Feelife method, through workshops and seminars designed to provide transformative experiences and foster a commitment to conscious leadership.
The dream: one day, everyone will go to work knowing that their work is good for themselves, others, and the planet. To achieve this, we need leaders who remain calm in the face of the world’s complexity and accelerating pace—leaders capable of rethinking organizations and fostering the emergence of new economic models.

In the face of environmental and societal challenges, Anne de Béthencourt is committed to unlocking the potential of individuals and organizations to create a positive future.
After 20 years in the restaurant and communications industries, she joined the Nicolas Hulot Foundation to advance research on new economic models.
She is currently the director of the consulting firm Reset The World. Her ambition is to accelerate environmental and societal transformations through a positive-impact circular economy, eco-innovation driven by collective intelligence, and innovative modes of cooperation within complex systems. She bases her approach on positive psychology and Appreciative Inquiry.

And when we look at the world this has produced, we realize that what we’ve learned has reached its expiration date. It’s time to unlearn.
